A Forlorn Eden
06:38
|
|
||
Shadows sway in the fading light
The sun casts its final rays
To this world we bid goodbye {goodbye}
Choking on storms of dust
She demands a price for our lust
This world prepares to die
Rumbling Deeper
Smothered the wandering light
Rising shadows
A force of transcendant might
Behold the end of man
Miasmic ash shall cover the land
We return to dust
Now peace is restored
The final page of this wretched tome
close the chapter on a world long doomed
Bid farewell to an Eden burned
The sky submerged in deep crimson light
We dig deeper in a futile fight
Only few of us would survive
Rumbling Deeper
Smother the wandering light
Rising oceans
A force of transcendant might
Behold the end of man
Miasmic ash shall cover the land
We return to dust
Now peace is restored
I am the cursed man
Lingering in timeless sands
My soul as empty as the earth
Negating the story of life
She erased the stars from sight
A blanket to block the light
I observed as the silence engulfs
No voices to break the void
{Gods extinguish their noise}
Gods extinguished their noise
As they become the dust
From which all life was born
Rumbling Deeper
Abandon the wings of life
Dying shadows
Become one with the night

The Seer's Sun
05:50
|
|
||
In rapturous agony
their legions yielding defeat
dismayed on burning rivers
where muted poets gather
the prophet of our fragile dreams
burning in the hour of dawn
an oracle of ruin
masked in glorious defeat
here lies the sleeper
bringer of sadness
keeper of lost desires
within the seer's sun
the war for heaven has ended
with flaming spires in the distance
waves torn asunder by divinity
we tread the ruins of our adversaries
the veil of our fragile dreams
burning in the hour of dawn
oracle of lies
in glorious defeat
there lies the sleeper
bringer of sadness
keeper of lost desires
within the seer's sun
and so the angels weep
their tears have fallen
unto the earth
with broken wings they fled
from the fires of heaven
a clamoring mass
as they behold the end
and so the angels weep
their tears have fallen
unto the earth

No Existence
06:00
|
|
||
Appearing as starlight
Her spell deceives, their emptiness grows
Ghosts haunt her straining heart
Fictitious perceptions
A muse of pain unburdens their souls
Her lips still twisting for a smile
Burdening callous hearts
Feeding veins with poison needles
Telling their shapes goodbye
As she steps off of the world
And vanishes in the night
The exit, so far
Seeking redemption
They won't know the pain she bore
Fragments
Memories a cancer
Lifeforce rejected
Existence, symbiotic death
Awaiting in silence
Fading to the grasp of circumstance
Breathing takes its toll
Seeding defiance
Bending the nature of her hands
To close the source
To give a chance
A vessel wandering shapeless
Forced to weave down feral roads
Where none shall find her
Distorting certainties essence
Mimics supplanting inner sleep
Such fleeting forgiveness
Carry relentless plagues
A poison on her lips
Telling the shapes goodbye
They vanish in sequence
Abandon the will to fight
The exit, so far
Future uncertain
Existence, Symbiotic Death

Purgatory Rain
06:41
|
|
||
Pursuing god
An effigy of fallen dreams
Suffer in solitude
Signs disguise
Vanishing divine grace
As I call to the empty space
Lies contrive
The silhouette of broken dreams
Convictions betrayed
I defy, the relentless pain awaiting me
As I pass through the shade
Silence lingers on
Crossing dreamscapes never known
Passing the gate, all colours die
An end I deny
Wandering souls, they avert their eyes
Cursing their design
That which is broken, cannot be restored
My prayers unanswered, the silence ignores
I scream for justice, yet I will reap no rewards
My delusions no longer indulged
I shall never forget
The truth consuming me
I can never forgive
Their promised eternity
Broken, sullen
I embrace a path
I'd never foreseen
Deluded, defeated
Erase the face of a god I will never see
Pursuing god
The effigy of fallen dreams
Vanish divine grace
Consciousness arise
No silhouette embracing me
To the silence I shall return
I return, the gaping void now beckons me
Through Purgatory Rain

I gaze into pools of ebony
And sift through shards of glass
A familiar figure emerging, peering back {Soulless figure}
Its appearance a slow returning
It reaches towards my mind
Repulsed by the sickly yearning
Its image despised
Imprisoning fate
This vessel is broken
Its spirit unfed
Growing so cold inside
The senses denying
Though my nature I hide
A terror comes calling
The monster observes, beyond the passage of time
Still the angels inside resist
A Disconnection of harmony
Illusions of dreams divide
These loathsome beasts are reveling in delight {A curse beyond control}
I curse this insipid reality
Conjuring whispers beyond the walls
Their voices foretelling horrors yet to come
Swallowing sanity
I don't remember this face
Resist
Damning what's left behind
Neath the prison of body
Harbored hatred inside
Consumes control I was holding
Distress takes its toll, the feeble shall fall to the dark
When I reach for the surface, I sink deeper and deeper below
World below
Envelopes my body with omens I can't dismiss
A futile fight persists
Coward from reflections cast
I spite thee, Reject thee
A character conceals the self, abhorrent pretender
A nihilistic choir
Sings for death in my name
To forget beginnings
A spiraling hell invites me to burn

Perdition
07:54
|
|
||
A promise, silenced by the cold
Alone with these questions
All clarity withdrawn
Imprisoned, and mired in despair
Still seeking a reason, to press on
A burden to bear
Passage through the grief
Destination unclear
Blinded by hope
And purging the fear
Searching for an answer
A shadow on my mind
A trail to occupy
And forget the tears
Standing at the edge
The precipice of my world
Its breadth a haze unending
Yet the ignorant fool still marches on
This weight becomes his burden
Searching for shadows that time forgot
Imprisoned by obsession's hollow reward
And this distance is the closest source of warmth
Cannot hear my words
Repeated in despair
Voices incomplete
Silent and unfair
Senses tell me lies
Betraying my cognition
Willing to sacrifice
To reach my destination
The cause unravels
Succumbing to compulsions
Vanity inspired
A devil's impression
That drove me to this place
Delusions I embraced
Fallen deceiver
I spat upon the truth
And spun a liars web
Logic rejected
I know I'll find the truth
The gods shall serve me well
There is no turning back, trapped inside my head
Grievance of the truth, breaching my facade
A reminder of tainted life within
Spiraling control
Cornered by the weakness of my nature
A haunted stubborn soul
My mind slowly decays
Resolve now led astray
Despondent and unraveling
I taste perdition's flames
Enlightened by the fog
I accept what I've become
Abandon, a dead ill fated cause

Anno Domini
06:52
|
|
||
An Echo of worlds begotten
Demanding a souls rebirth
Neglecting the threads that guide
Erase the pillars of faith
To savour a god's despair
The curse of hearts rendered blind
Reclaiming the voice from the light
{Retreating from emptiness}
Gently tempting fate from the other side
The demon takes his toll
He offers a final hope
A distant answer from oblivion
Where the silence dies
These walls shall not
Maintain illusion's grip
This shell is a tyrant
Taunting me
Senses scream to halt
Nurtures pain of one so desperate
The shackles come apart
The demon breaks these chains
In its essence an emptiness
That swallowed the fire
And the light I once adored
Long dimmed in the shadow hope
In its helpless solitude
The Darkness inspired
A vast simplicity
A final reprieve
I see beyond
The veil of lies
These distant whispers
Begging for stories untold
Crawling, trembling
Clawing towards notions unknown
Enduring storms
Too monstrous to comprehend
Defined by none
I'll answer to no god
Collapse of life
Now free from bonds enforced by gods
Exhale the mortal pestilence
On this broken shore
I'll slip into my resting place
So none shall ever know
Who I was
